| Famous dancehall artiste Emmanuel Andrews Samini, has for the first time spoken about the unsuccessful musical concert with his clique at the Tamale Sports Stadium. It was gathered that sporadic shooting within the Tamale Metropolis compelled organizers to reschedule the event to the following day only for it to be rained off. According to our reporter, a clash between family members of a woman accused of witchcraft and youth of Dagbandaba Fong resulted in the gunfire exchanges. Sources say the incident happened at about 10: pm when a group of hell raising youth stormed the residence of the woman to force her to a witch doctor. The youth had blamed the woman and some two others for recent ‘mysterious’ deaths in the area and launched the attack to force her to witch doctor. Samini in response to all manner of claims over the incident said this on his twitter handle; "#Tamale is still HOME.Regardless of unforeseen circumstances that led to the cancellation of my event this weekend.thanx for the love still". |
